What is Direct Billing?

Direct billing means we submit claims directly to your dental insurance provider on your behalf. Instead of paying the full amount upfront and waiting for reimbursement, your insurer may pay a portion of your bill to us directly, while you pay a balance to us the day of your appointment. This helps to make your dental visit more convenient and worry-free.

How Direct Billing Works

Provide Your Insurance Information: Prior to your first visit, share your dental insurance details with our reception staff.
Coverage Verification: Please verify with your insurance provider your plan details and coverage amounts. This will help avoid any surprises.
Claim Submission: After your treatment, we will submit your claim electronically to your insurance provider.
Patient Portion Payments: You pay only the remaining balance not covered by your insurance plan, clearly explained and itemized.

What if I have two insurance plans?

We coordinate benefits between primary and secondary insurers to maximize your coverage, simplifying the entire process for you.

What happens if my insurance doesn't fully cover my treatment?

Most insurances do not fully cover treatment. We will try our very best to communicate your remaining balance upfront and help you plan for any additional payments required.

What if my insurance changes?

If you change insurance providers or update your plan, let us know as soon as possible. We will update your file so you can continue with uninterrupted direct billing.
